Fair Use Notice and Photo Policy
1. Educational Purpose
This blog, History Education Globe, is a non commercial, educational platform. It contains copyrighted material specifically historical photographs, maps, and illustrations the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner.
I am making such material available in an effort to advance understanding of History Topics. I believe this constitutes a fair use of any such copyrighted material as provided for in Section 107 of the US Copyright Law or equivalent international statutes.
2. Transformative Use
In accordance with Fair Use guidelines, the images on this site are used for criticism and commentary, such as analyzing the context, composition, or historical impact of the image. They are also used for scholarship and research by providing visual evidence for historical claims and narratives.

I strive to provide proper attribution for every image used, including the source and, where known, the original creator.
